How the Internship Works
Project Assignment & Mentorship
- Each intern is assigned to a real client project under the guidance of a mentor.

Evaluations & Growth Plan

What We Expect from You
To succeed in the Digis Internship Program, you need to bring motivation, dedication, and a passion for learning. Here’s what we look for in our interns:
Basic Programming Knowledge
You don’t need to be an expert, but you should have a basic understanding of programming concepts. We expect familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.) and the ability to write simple functions, loops, and conditions.
Commitment to Learning & Growth
This internship requires 40 hours per week (full-time) of focused work. You’ll be learning, coding, and collaborating with your mentor and team. If you’re looking for an easy ride, this program is not for you—we push our interns to grow fast and level up their skills.
Intermediate English Proficiency
Since Digis works with international teams, you need to communicate effectively in English. While fluency isn’t required, you should be able to read documentation, participate in discussions, and understand technical explanations in English.
Problem-Solving Mindset
We value critical thinking and analytical skills. Our interns don’t just write code—they solve problems, debug issues, and improve efficiency in real projects. We look for individuals who are eager to take on challenges and think beyond textbook solutions.

FAQ
Anyone with basic programming knowledge, an eagerness to learn, and an intermediate level of English can apply. Whether you’re a recent graduate, a self-taught developer, or transitioning into tech, we welcome motivated candidates ready to gain real-world experience.
No prior work experience is required. However, you should have some foundational programming skills and a strong willingness to learn.
The internship lasts for 6 months. There is a 3-month evaluation checkpoint, where we assess progress and determine whether the internship continues. At the 6-month graduation review, successful interns may transition into full-time paid roles.
Interns are expected to dedicate 20-30 hours per week to the program. This includes working on real project tasks, attending mentorship sessions, and completing learning activities.
Successful interns are offered full-time paid positions either within Digis or with our client projects. Those who do not receive an offer still leave with real-world experience, a certificate, and enhanced career prospects in the tech industry.
